For many years, shy Mr. Hoppy has been in love with his beautiful downstairs neighbour, Mrs. Silver. But even though their apartments are only one story apart, the two of them are almost complete strangers.
Mrs. Silver has no idea how much Mr. Hoppy cares for her – she only has eyes for her beloved pet tortoise, Alfie. Then, one day, she manages to mention how happy Alfie would be if only he were just a little bit bigger - Mr. Hoppy comes up with the perfect plan to make his neighbour his bride!
