1 title published between 1940 and 1980
The only title in this series was very popular, especially with scientifically minded boys.Making a Transistor Radio shows the reader how to built a radio using basic equipment.This title is not only popular with Ladybird collectors but is collected by radio enthusiasts.

This title was also published in 1972 for the earlier Learnabout series, 634, but this series edition is considered the true first edition – Ladybird decided this title was more suited to 634 and abandoned series 721.
