Synopsis

In this amusing farmyard comedy a conceited little lamb badly needs a lesson in manners.

Through his bad behaviour and vanity the foolish lamb becomes unpopular with the other farmyard animals, and the trying experiences he has in learning the leason, make a story all children will enjoy.

Once upon a time there was a little white lamb. He lived in a farmhouse with the farmer and his wife, and their little daughter.

First edition issue points for collectors

Hardback book issued with dust-wrapper. Original price of 2'6 Net is shown on the inside front flap of the wrapper. There should be a colour illustration pasted to the upper middle section of the front board. The endpapers are pictorial and show a picture of a lamb, cows and horses. On the verso of the front flyleaf it states "First publihed, 1951"
