Cinderella - Illustrations from the book
Below are the images from the ever-popular Ladybird book, Cinderella, which was the first title to be published in series 606d, otherwise known as the Well Loved Tales.

This popular fairy tale dates back to 9th century China but the first publication in print is credited to the French author Charles Perrault.

The Ladybird version of the story has been retold by Vera Southgate and illustrated by Eric Winter.
